数控机床多维度多层级数字孪生建模方法及应用

Multidimensional and multi-level digital twin modeling method and application for CNC machine tools

  • 摘要: 针对数字孪生建模技术在数控机床领域的工程实践中实施难度大、成本高等问题,提出数控机床多维度多层级数字孪生建模方法,并开发数字孪生系统,实现数控机床运行过程的可视化。首先,从物理实体、数字孪生模型、信息物理融合数据和服务4个维度以及几何、物理、行为和数据4个层级构建数控机床数字孪生模型;其次,基于该方法设计并开发数控机床数字孪生系统,实现数字孪生建模技术的软件化;最后,以某型数控机床为应用案例,采用NC代码控制机床实体运动,借助数字孪生模型与机床实体间的连接关系,驱动机床模型进行运动仿真,并将模型运行状态和各项数据进行可视化展示。结果表明系统各项功能均正常运行,所提方法具备可行性,为数字孪生建模技术在数控机床领域的工程应用提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the difficulty and high cost of implementing digital twin modeling technology in the engineering practice of CNC machine tools, a multi-dimensional and multi-level digital twin modeling method for CNC machine tools is proposed, and a digital twin system is developed to achieve visualization of the operation process of CNC machine tools. Firstly, construct a digital twin model for CNC machine tools from four dimensions of physical entities, digital twin models, information physical fusion of data and services, as well as four levels of geometry, physics, behavior, and data. Secondly, based on this method, a digital twin system for CNC machine tools is designed and developed to achieve the software based modeling technology of digital twins. Finally, taking a certain type of CNC machine tool as an application case, using NC code to control the movement of machine tool entities, utilizing the connection relationship between digital twin models and machine tool entities, driving the machine tool model for motion simulation, and visualizing the model's operating status and various data. The results indicate that all functions of the system are operating normally, and the proposed method is feasible, providing reference for the engineering application of digital twin modeling technology in the field of CNC machine tools.
