Abstract:
Aiming at the problem of long test period of existing reliability test methods of tool magazine system, the reliability fast test method is studied. Firstly, according to the structure of the tool magazine system and the characteristics of the tool changing action in the whole cycle, it is decomposed into independent structural module units, and each structural module unit can complete the specific tool changing action, and on this basis, a modular parallel cycle test method is proposed. Secondly, according to the reliability analysis method of the series system, the MTBF evaluation model of the tool magazine system is calculated and established. Finally, the practical application verification is carried out on a type of chain-type tool magazine. Results show that the error rate of MTBF evaluation results between this method and traditional serial entire reliability test is less than 7.3% and the test time is shortened by about 50%, which verifies the effectiveness and rapidity of the proposed method and provides a reference method for solving the problem of long reliability test cycle.
