刀库系统可靠性快速试验方法

Rapid test method for reliability of tool magazine system

  • 摘要: 针对刀库系统现有可靠性试验方法试验周期长的问题,对其可靠性快速试验方法进行了研究。首先,根据刀库系统结构和整个周期的换刀动作特征,将其分解为相互独立的结构模组单元,且各结构模组单元能完成特定换刀动作,并在此基础上提出了模组化的并行循环试验方法;其次,依据串联系统可靠性分析方法,计算建立了刀库系统的MTBF评估模型;最后在某型号链式刀库上开展了实际应用验证。结果表明,此方法与传统串行整体式可靠性试验的MTBF评估结果误差率小于7.3%,试验时间缩短了50%左右,验证了所研究方法的有效性和快速性,为解决可靠性试验周期长的问题提供了参考方法。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem of long test period of existing reliability test methods of tool magazine system, the reliability fast test method is studied. Firstly, according to the structure of the tool magazine system and the characteristics of the tool changing action in the whole cycle, it is decomposed into independent structural module units, and each structural module unit can complete the specific tool changing action, and on this basis, a modular parallel cycle test method is proposed. Secondly, according to the reliability analysis method of the series system, the MTBF evaluation model of the tool magazine system is calculated and established. Finally, the practical application verification is carried out on a type of chain-type tool magazine. Results show that the error rate of MTBF evaluation results between this method and traditional serial entire reliability test is less than 7.3% and the test time is shortened by about 50%, which verifies the effectiveness and rapidity of the proposed method and provides a reference method for solving the problem of long reliability test cycle.
