考虑中心线偏差的精密行星减速器优化仿真分析

Simulation analysis of precision planetary gearbox optimization considering centerline deviation

  • 摘要: 以精密行星减速器为研究对象,考虑中心线偏差对传动误差和齿面载荷的影响,建立精密行星减速器三维模型,利用KISSsoft软件进行偏移量的分析,得到了不同偏移量下齿面载荷分布情况和行星轮系的传动误差,最后结合实际工况下含支撑装置的扭转弯曲组合变形,提出一种齿轮组合修形方法,通过排列组合增量的方式获得最优解,对比优化修形前后的齿轮啮合性能及行星系统的传动性能,该修形方式降低了中心线偏差导致的齿面偏载,改善了传动误差,为考虑中心线偏差下齿轮修形提供了一种参考方法。

     

    Abstract: Using the precision planetary gearbox as the research object has been taken into consideration, including the influence of the centreline deviation on the transmission error and tooth surface load. A three-dimensional model for the precision planetary gearbox was established and KISSsoft software was utilized for the analysis of the offset. The distribution of the tooth surface load and the transmission error of the planetary wheel system under different offsets was obtained. Finally, in combination with the torsional bending combination deformation with the support device under the actual working conditions, a gear combination shaping method was proposed. By arranging the combination increment, the optimal solution was obtained and the gear meshing performance and the transmission performance of the planetary system were compared before and after the optimal shaping. The shaping method was found to reduce the tooth flank bias load due to the centreline deviation and improve the transmission error, which provides a reference method for the gear shaping under the consideration of the centreline deviation.
