Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of high overshooting, large torque and current pulsation in the traditional sliding mode control of the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) speed control system, an error-corrected double power reaching law (EDPRL) control method for PMSM was proposed. Firstly, the power function of the error of system speed is introduced based on the double power reaching law, and its stability is verified by the Lyapunov function. Secondly, the convergence of the proposed EDPRL is analyzed, and the sliding mode speed controller (SMSC) of a permanent magnet synchronous motor is designed based on the new control algorithm. The simulation and experimental results show that compared with the traditional sliding mode speed controller, the EDPRL method can reduce the harmonic amplitude of the current in the fundamental frequency ratio by 3.18%, and the overshooting in the starting process by 10.8%. It has faster response speed and stronger robustness.
