PMSM的误差修正双幂次趋近率滑模控制研究

Research on sliding mode control of PMSM by error-corrected double power reaching law

  • 摘要: 针对永磁同步电机(permanent magnet synchronous motor, PMSM)调速系统应用传统滑模控制的过程中存在的超调量高、转矩以及电流脉动大等问题,提出了一种基于误差修正双幂次趋近率(error-corrected double power reaching law, EDPRL)的永磁同步电机控制方法。首先,在双幂次趋近率的基础上引入系统转速的误差的幂函数,通过Lyapunov函数验证其稳定性;其次,对所提出的EDPRL收敛性进行分析,并基于这一新的控制算法设计永磁同步电机滑模速度控制器(sliding mode speed controller, SMSC)。仿真和试验结果表明,与传统滑模速度控制器相比,采用EDPRL方法的永磁同步电机电流谐波幅值占基频比降低了3.18%,启动过程中的超调量减少了10.8%,具有更快的响应速度和较强的鲁棒性。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of high overshooting, large torque and current pulsation in the traditional sliding mode control of the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) speed control system, an error-corrected double power reaching law (EDPRL) control method for PMSM was proposed. Firstly, the power function of the error of system speed is introduced based on the double power reaching law, and its stability is verified by the Lyapunov function. Secondly, the convergence of the proposed EDPRL is analyzed, and the sliding mode speed controller (SMSC) of a permanent magnet synchronous motor is designed based on the new control algorithm. The simulation and experimental results show that compared with the traditional sliding mode speed controller, the EDPRL method can reduce the harmonic amplitude of the current in the fundamental frequency ratio by 3.18%, and the overshooting in the starting process by 10.8%. It has faster response speed and stronger robustness.
