Abstract:
Aiming at problems such as the incomplete comprehensive performance index system of the CNC swing table and the inapplicability of evaluation methods. Firstly, the comprehensive performance index system of the CNC swing table was established from five aspects, namely accuracy, accuracy stability, reliability, static-dynamic-thermal characteristics and efficiency, and a TOPSIS(technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution) comprehensive evaluation method based on Pearson correlation coefficient combination weighting was proposed. Secondly, the subjective and objective weights are calculated by using the sequence analysis method, Delphi expert consultation method, entropy weight method and mean square deviation method. The comprehensive performance evaluation results of the CNC swing table are obtained by the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS) method through the integration of Pearson correlation coefficient method. Finally, the comprehensive performance of four CNC swing tables is tested, and the test data is taken as an example to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the method.
