金属增材制造装备质量可靠性问题及工作体系研究

Reliability works and development suggestions of metal additive manufacturing equipment

  • 摘要: 以增材制造构件为中心综述了增材制造工艺质量可靠性工作开展的现状,分析了影响构件质量的主要因素,梳理了典型增材装备常见故障模式及主要的验收测试标准及方法,剖析了国内增材制造装备可靠性工作现存问题,最终构建了涵盖增材制造装备及其关键功能部件设计、制造、验收、使用的质量可靠性工作体系,为增材制造装备质量可靠性工作的开展提供了一定的参考和建议。

     

    Abstract: Focusing on additive manufacturing components, the current situation of the quality and reliability of additive manufacturing process was reviewed. The main factors affecting the quality of components were analyzed, the common failure modes of typical additive equipment and main testing standards and methods were sorted out, the existing problems of the reliability of the domestic additive manufacturing equipment were analyzed. And finally a quality reliability working system covering the design, manufacturing, acceptance and use of additive manufacturing equipment and its key functional components was constructed. Some references and suggestions are provided for the development of quality reliability of additive manufacturing equipment.
