机床温控系统板式电加热水箱设计与仿真研究

Design and simulation of plate electric heating tank for machine tool temperature control system

  • 摘要: 为满足精密卧式加工中心温控系统对机床不同部位的差异化温度控制需求,提出了差异化主动温控系统方案,为该系统设计了3种温控子回路板式电加热水箱结构。通过Fluent软件对水箱进行数值模拟,研究水箱结构对性能的影响。根据仿真结果,对最大变形量、总换热系数、温度标准差、努塞尔数和摩擦因数进行综合考虑后确定最佳结构方案,对水箱进行生产制造并与机床连接测试,测试结果显示水箱正常起到温控液温度调节作用。研究结果为精密机床差异化主动温控系统的结构设计提供了一定理论依据。

     

    Abstract: In order to meet the differentiated temperature control requirements of the temperature control system of the precision horizontal machining center for different parts of the machine tool, a differentiated active temperature control system scheme was proposed, and three kinds of plate electric heating water tank structures of temperature control sub-circuit were designed for the system. The numerical simulation of the water tank was carried out by Fluent software to study the influence of the water tank structure on the performance. According to the simulation results, the maximum deformation, total heat exchange coefficient, temperature standard deviation, Nusselt number and friction coefficient were comprehensively considered to determine the best structural scheme, and the water tank was manufactured and connected to the machine tool for testing, and the test results showed that the water tank plays a normal role in temperature control liquid temperature regulation. The research results provided a theoretical basis for the structural design of differentiated active temperature control system for precision machine tools.
