变截面微阵列凹坑电解加工工艺研究

Research on electrochemical machining process of variable cross-section micro-array pit

  • 摘要: 针对电解加工腔镜吻合器上变截面阵列凹坑结构出现的一致性与加工稳定性问题,设计了纵向单口进液、纵向双口等压与不等压进液以及横向双口等压与不等压进液5种不同的供液方式,利用Fluent仿真软件对这5种供液方式进行建模与仿真分析,分析不同的供液方式对电解加工阵列变截面凹坑结构的影响,并进行试验验证。结果表明,横向双口等压进液方式可以显著地提高电解加工阵列变截面凹坑结构的轮廓精度、加工过程稳定性以及凹坑结构的一致性。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the consistency and processing stability of the pit structure of the variable cross-section array on the electrolytic machining cavity mirror anastomat, five different liquid supply modes were designed, including longitudinal single-port liquid supply, longitudinal double-port equal pressure and unequal pressure liquid supply, and transverse double-port equal pressure and unequal pressure liquid supply. Fluent simulation software was used to model and simulate these five liquid supply modes, and the influence of different liquid supply modes on the pit structure of the variable cross-section array was analyzed and verified by experiments. The results show that the transverse two-hole equal pressure feeding method can significantly improve the contour accuracy, machining process stability and consistency of the pit structure of the electrochemical machining array.
