Abstract:
Aiming at the consistency and processing stability of the pit structure of the variable cross-section array on the electrolytic machining cavity mirror anastomat, five different liquid supply modes were designed, including longitudinal single-port liquid supply, longitudinal double-port equal pressure and unequal pressure liquid supply, and transverse double-port equal pressure and unequal pressure liquid supply. Fluent simulation software was used to model and simulate these five liquid supply modes, and the influence of different liquid supply modes on the pit structure of the variable cross-section array was analyzed and verified by experiments. The results show that the transverse two-hole equal pressure feeding method can significantly improve the contour accuracy, machining process stability and consistency of the pit structure of the electrochemical machining array.
