正倒立车自动化生产线应用技术研究

Research on application technology of automatic production line of upright and inverted lathe machinemachine tool

  • 摘要: 正倒立车机床是一款顺应自动化时代潮流诞生的新式机床,可以实现盘类零件的高效加工。结合正倒立车机床特点,以刹车盘零件为典型应用实例,通过对刹车盘工件加工工艺的研究,组建正倒立车自动化生产线,设计倒立式主轴所配套的夹具及弹性定位机构,以及正立式主轴装夹及加工机构;与传统的组合机床自动化产线比对分析,在产线排布、加工精度、产能及加工效率方面具有一定优势。实践证明,此生产线的应用方案在实际运行过程中效果良好,可以确保正倒立车生产线在生产效率和加工精度等方面满足用户需求。

     

    Abstract: The upright and inverted lathe machine is a new type of machine tool born in line with the trend of the automation era, which can achieve efficient processing of disc-shaped parts. Combined with the characteristics of the vertical and horizontal turning lathe machine, taking the brake disc part as a typical application example, through the research on the processing technology of the brake disc workpiece, an automated production line of the vertical and horizontal turning lathe was established, and the fixture and elastic positioning mechanism matched with the inverted vertical spindle were designed, and the clamping and processing mechanism of the upright vertical spindle was designed. It has certain advantages in production line layout, processing accuracy, production capacity and processing efficiency, compared and analyzed with the traditional automatic production line. Practice has proved that the application scheme of this production line has a good effect on the actual operation process, and can ensure that the vertical and horizontal turning lathe production line meets the user's requirements in terms of production efficiency and processing accuracy.
