Abstract:
In order to realize the family-oriented design of machining center products, strengthen the brand's market cognition, shape the brand differentiation, and enhance the brand image. Using the product technology system model, the product styling features of machining center products are divided into levels, based on which the product styling family weights are evaluated through the Delphi method. Combined with the brand gene theory will processing center product family design process decomposition. Strategies are proposed for the construction of the product family DNA library, the realization of the family design and the verification of the family design. Clearly define the product appearance levels and weights of machining centers and the realization path and specific methods of product familiarization.
