基于家族化的加工中心外观设计策略研究

  • 摘要: 为实现加工中心产品的家族化设计,需要强化品牌的市场认知,塑造品牌差异化,提升品牌形象。利用产品技术体系模型,对加工中心类产品造型特征进行层次划分,基于此通过德尔菲法评估产品造型家族化权重。结合品牌基因理论将加工中心产品家族化设计过程分解,分别就产品族DNA库构建、家族化设计实现、家族化设计验证3个阶段提出策略,明确加工中心类产品外观层次及权重和产品家族化的实现路径及具体方法。

     

    Abstract: In order to realize the family-oriented design of machining center products, strengthen the brand's market cognition, shape the brand differentiation, and enhance the brand image. Using the product technology system model, the product styling features of machining center products are divided into levels, based on which the product styling family weights are evaluated through the Delphi method. Combined with the brand gene theory will processing center product family design process decomposition. Strategies are proposed for the construction of the product family DNA library, the realization of the family design and the verification of the family design. Clearly define the product appearance levels and weights of machining centers and the realization path and specific methods of product familiarization.
