连杆衬套贴合度超声波检测方法

Ultrasonic detection method of fit degree of connecting rod bushing

  • 摘要: 针对发动机连杆小头孔和衬套贴合度难以检测的问题,利用有限元仿真和试验分析对超声波检测连杆衬套贴合度时的声场传播过程以及回波信号特征进行研究。结果表明,连杆衬套界面在有缺陷与无缺陷条件下,超声波的回波信号均会产生2个反射回波,第2个反射回波的幅值存在明显的区别。回波信号的递归分析表明,当界面存在缺陷时,回波信号递归图中呈现白色交叉条纹带。递归定量分析的结果进一步发现,在衬套界面有缺陷和无缺陷时,比率的数值存在明显的差异,可有效判断缺陷是否存在。

     

    Abstract: In response to the problem of difficulty detecting the combination of the engine connecting rod and the connecting rod small end bushing, the propagation process of sound field and the characteristics of echo signal during ultrasonic detection of the fit degree of connecting rod bushing were studied by finite element simulation and test analysis. The results show that under the connection of defect and no defect, the ultrasonic echo signal will produce two reflected echoes, and the amplitude of the second reflected echo is obviously different. The recursive analysis of the echo signal shows that when the interface is defective, the return signal recursive plot will present a white cross-striped band. Further research through recurrence quantification analysis finds that the obvious difference of the value of ratio when there are defects and non-defects at the interface of the bushing, which can effectively distinguish whether the defect exists.
