基于SINUMERIK ONE的同轴多台直驱电机电气并联控制研究及实例应用

Coaxial multiple direct drive motors based on SINUMERIK ONE research and application of electrical parallel control

  • 摘要: 五轴联动加工是实现复杂平滑曲面加工的重要技术,更是机床行业先进技术集成的核心方向。其中,A/C复合摆台作为关键的机床部件,是五轴联动加工机床的核心功能组件,其性能直接影响机床的整体性能。在同轴控制的基础上,设计一种无传动链、减速机构的直驱式A/C复合摆台,采用由一个伺服驱动器控制两个或多个直驱电机的电气并联控制方式,有效解决了传统机械传动刚性不足、间隙及磨损等问题,并进一步降低了机床的成本。通过研究分析、实例应用及测试验证,该摆台A轴速度可达40 r/min,动态精度达到2"。结果表明,同轴多台直驱电机电气并联控制同样可以实现高精、高速同步控制,且在成本及结构优化上具有显著优势。

     

    Abstract: Five-axis linkage machining is an important way to achieve complex and smooth surface machining, and it is also a key direction for the integration of advanced technologies in the machine tool industry. As a key machine tool component, the A/C composite swing table is the core functional component of the five-axis linkage machining machine tool, and its performance largely determines the performance of the machine tool itself. The direct drive A/C composite swing table without transmission chain and reduction mechanism designed in this article is an electrical parallel control method based on coaxial control, which uses a servo driver to control two or more direct drive motors, effectively avoiding the problems of insufficient rigidity, clearance and wear in traditional mechanical transmission, and further reducing the cost of machine tools. Through research analysis, case application, and testing verification, the A-axis speed of the swing table was finally achieved at 40 r/min, with a dynamic accuracy of 2". The results show that the electrical parallel control of multiple coaxial direct drive motors can also achieve high-precision and high-speed synchronous control, and has significant advantages in cost and structural optimization.
