基于强化学习算法的智能机加工房仿真优化设计

Simulation optimization design of intelligent machine processing room based on reinforcement learning algorithm

  • 摘要: 工业仿真软件已成为推动装备制造企业数字化转型与优化升级的重要工具。针对某集团智能机加工房的原设计方案,利用工业仿真软件对产房生产线进行数字化建模与模拟运行。通过对数控机床等设备的布局、利用率、物流路径和人机工程的仿真数据进行分析,识别出智能机加工房当前存在的问题,并进一步引入机器学习优化算法,对仿真数据进行深度分析和优化,生成最优配置方案,再回归工业仿真软件进行验证,最终落地实施最优生产方案,极大提升了生产效率,降低了企业投资成本。研究展示了机器学习算法驱动的数字化仿真在智能制造中的创新应用,为数字化转型的推动和应用做出贡献。

     

    Abstract: Industrial simulation software has become an important tool to promote the digital transformation and optimization of equipment manufacturing enterprises. According to the original design scheme of a group's intelligent machine processing room, industrial simulation software is used to conduct digital modeling and simulation operation of the production line of the delivery room. Through the analysis of the layout, utilization rate, logistics path and ergonomics simulation data of numerical control machine tool and other equipment, the current problems in the intelligent machine processing room are identified, and the machine learning optimization algorithm is further introduced to conduct in-depth analysis and optimization of the simulation data, generate the optimal configuration plan, and then return to the industrial simulation software for verification, and finally implement the optimal production plan. It greatly improves the production efficiency and reduces the investment cost of enterprises. The research demonstrates the innovative application of digital simulation driven by machine learning algorithms in intelligent manufacturing, contributing to the promotion and application of digital transformation.
