Abstract:
Industrial simulation software has become an important tool to promote the digital transformation and optimization of equipment manufacturing enterprises. According to the original design scheme of a group's intelligent machine processing room, industrial simulation software is used to conduct digital modeling and simulation operation of the production line of the delivery room. Through the analysis of the layout, utilization rate, logistics path and ergonomics simulation data of numerical control machine tool and other equipment, the current problems in the intelligent machine processing room are identified, and the machine learning optimization algorithm is further introduced to conduct in-depth analysis and optimization of the simulation data, generate the optimal configuration plan, and then return to the industrial simulation software for verification, and finally implement the optimal production plan. It greatly improves the production efficiency and reduces the investment cost of enterprises. The research demonstrates the innovative application of digital simulation driven by machine learning algorithms in intelligent manufacturing, contributing to the promotion and application of digital transformation.
