深孔加工技术研究综述

A review of deep hole machining technology research

  • 摘要: 深孔加工技术在能源开采等装备的核心部件制造过程中发挥着重要作用,其技术水平直接影响着装备的整体发展水平。首先,针对现有的深孔切削和特种加工方法,阐述了各种加工方法的原理,并分类综述了在提高加工性能方面所做的相关研究。其次,以解决深孔加工轴线偏斜、振动等问题为目的,报道了深孔直线度检测、纠偏技术和减振技术的研究现状。最后,对未来深孔加工发展趋势进行了展望,为深孔加工研究方向进一步选择提供了一定参考。

     

    Abstract: Deep hole machining technology plays an important role in the manufacturing process of core components of energy mining equipment, and its technical level directly affects the overall development level of the equipment. Firstly, the principles of various deep hole cutting and special machining methods were explained, and relevant research on improving machining performance was classified and summarized. Secondly, with the aim of solving problems such as axis deviation and vibration in deep hole machining, the research status of deep hole straightness detection, correction technology, and vibration reduction technology was reported. Finally, the future development trend of deep hole machining was discussed, providing some reference for further selection of research directions in deep hole machining.
