Abstract:
Taking the comprehensive performance test index of ball screw pair as the research object, the objective comprehensive performance of ball screw pair based on entropy weight method was studied evaluation method. Based on the performance testing items and data of ball screws and current relevant standards, a comprehensive evaluation index system for ball screws has been established. After analyzing the directional attributes of each evaluation index, it is proposed to increase the pretightening torque dispersion coefficient and reduce accuracy as supplementary evaluation indicators. The method of determining the weight of performance testing indicators for ball screws based on entropy weight method is studied. Comprehensive performance testing experiments were conducted on 6 sets of ball screws from 3 manufacturers, and the feasibility of the comprehensive evaluation method was verified through experimental data processing.
