智能化数控系统标准体系研究

Research on intelligent CNC system standard system

  • 摘要: 作为数控机床的“大脑”,数控系统能够直接影响生产加工的成本及效率。随着新一代信息技术的飞速发展及其与先进制造技术的深度融合,数控系统的智能化水平已经成为影响智能制造实现的关键因素,智能化数控系统也成为智能制造的重点研究对象。文章以智能制造对数控系统提出的转型升级需求为导向,梳理国内外数控系统智能化技术的相关研究,分析智能化数控系统标准需求,结合标准化工作方法,构建智能化数控系统标准体系框架,从基础共性标准与关键技术标准两大方面规划标准体系。旨在填补智能化数控系统战略顶层设计的空白,为智能化数控系统的发展提供参考,同时为相关标准制定提供指导。

     

    Abstract: As the “brain” of the CNC machine tool, CNC system can directly affect the cost and efficiency of production and processing. With the exponential growth of new-generation IT and its profound integration with advanced manufacturing technologies, the intelligence level of the CNC system has become a key factor affecting the realization of intelligent manufacturing. Intelligent CNC system is considered to be the core research area of intelligent manufacturing. This paper is guided by the transformation and upgrading demands for the CNC system posed by intelligent manufacturing. It meticulously examines the relevant international and domestic research on the intelligent technology of the CNC system and the standard requirements of the intelligent CNC system are analyzed. Employing standardization work methods, the standard system framework for the intelligent CNC system is constructed and the standard system is delineated in two primary areas of the fundamental common standards and the key technology standards. This study aims to bridge the strategic top-level design gap for intelligent CNC system, offering a reference for their development and guiding the formulation of related standards.
