数控机床快移速度与加速度提升引发噪声设计优化

Optimization of noise design caused by the increase of fast moving speed and acceleration of cnc machine tools

  • 摘要: 在现代制造业追求高效生产背景下,高端数控机床速度、加速度指标至关重要。文章重点讨论了某型号立式加工中心三轴快移速度与加速度指标提升引发导轨防护罩噪声增大及Y轴导轨防护罩颤动问题的协同优化。通过增加玻璃胶和防碰垫数量、改进防碰垫形状组合、采用更软防碰垫以提高缓冲效果,噪音得到明显改善;通过Abaqus有限元分析将原导轨防护罩支架内加强筋厚度由3 mm增加至4 mm,高度由40 mm增加至50 mm,Y轴导轨防护罩颤动问题得到解决。最终进行几何精度复检及NAS(national aerospace standard)试件切削验证,研究结果表明,速度与加速度指标提升后几何精度指标无明显影响,NAS试件加工时间缩短20 s,效率提升10%。上述研究结果为该型号立式加工中心产品高性能、低噪声运行提供重要理论依据及实践指导。

     

    Abstract: In the context of modern manufacturing pursuing efficient production, the speed and acceleration indicators of high-end CNC machine tools are crucial. This article focuses on the collaborative optimization of the noise increase of the guide rail protective cover and the vibration problem of the Y-axis guide rail protective cover caused by the improvement of the three-axis fast movement speed and acceleration indicators of a certain type of vertical machining center. By increasing the number of glass glue and anti-collision pads, improving the shape combination of anti-collision pads, and using softer anti-collision pads to enhance the buffering effect, the noise has been significantly improved. By using Abaqus finite element analysis, the thickness of the reinforcing ribs inside the original guide rail protective cover bracket was increased from 3 mm to 4mm, and the height was increased from 40 mm to 50 mm. The vibration problem of the Y-axis guide rail protective cover was solved. The final geometric accuracy re-inspection and NAS (national aerospace standard) specimen cutting verification were conducted, and the research results showed that the improvement of speed and acceleration indicators had no significant effect on the geometric accuracy indicators. The processing time of NAS specimens was shortened by 20 s, and the efficiency was improved by 10%. The above research results provide important theoretical basis and practical guidance for the high-performance and low-noise operation of this type of vertical machining center product.
