高精度双V型滚动导轨在精密坐标镗床床身上的设计与应用

Design and application of high-precision double-V-type rolling guide rails on the bed of coordinate boring machine

  • 摘要: 为解决运动平行度小于4 μm/m的超高精度滚动导轨在精密坐标镗床发展过程中依赖进口、供货渠道受限且种类单一的问题,推进其国产化进程十分必要。首先,通过结合滑动导轨及滚动导轨结构的优点,并设计外部可调预紧力装置,提出了一种新型双V型滚动导轨结构,应用于精密坐标镗床床身;其次,借助有限元分析验证了该结构设计的可行性;最后,优化了滚动导轨的加工、装配工艺路线及检验方法,完成了该滚动导轨从设计到应用的研制,为超高精度滚动导轨国产化提供了新的解决方案。经过试验测量,双V型滚动导轨运行稳定,快移速度达30 m/min,承载能力优于同规格进口滚动直线导轨,运动平行度达到3 μm/m。

     

    Abstract: To solve the problems that ultra-high precision rolling guides with motion parallelism less than 4 μm/m rely on imports, have limited supply channels and a single type in the development process of precision coordinate boring machines, it is very necessary to promote their domestic production process. Firstly, by combining the advantages of the sliding guide rail and rolling guide rail structures and designing an external adjustable preload device, a new type of double-V-type rolling guide rail structure was proposed and applied to the bed of the precision coordinate boring machine. Secondly, the structural design's feasibility was verified through finite element analysis. Finally, the processing, assembly process routes and inspection methods of the rolling guide rails were optimized, and the development from the design to the application of the rolling guide rails was completed, providing a new solution. After experimental measurement, the double-V-type rolling guide rails operate stably, with a rapid movement speed of up to 30 m/min. Their load-bearing capacity is greater than that of imported rolling linear guide rails of the same specification, and the motion parallelism reaches 3 μm/m.
