基于伺服电机负载的在机换刀检测和防呆研究

Research on in-machine tool change detection and anti-stacker based on servo motor load analysis

  • 摘要: 针对伺服刀库在机换刀时因换刀位置偏差、主轴与刀柄配合偏差导致主轴爪瓣、刀库刀爪损坏的问题,开展在机换刀检测与防呆机制研究,通过在数控机床实时监测刀库及运动轴的电机负载数据,判断换刀位置偏差与主轴松拉刀状态,综合分析偏差数据,运用趋势分析法、模糊算法形成一套有效的在机换刀检测诊断机制。

     

    Abstract: The problems of damage to the spindle claw petals and the tool magazine tool claws caused by the deviation of the tool change position and the deviation of the fit between the spindle and the tool shank during the tool change on the machine for the servo tool magazine are focused on. Research on the in-machine tool change detection and fool-proof mechanism is conducted. The motor load data of the tool magazine and the motion axes on the CNC machine tool are monitored in real time to judge the deviation of the tool change position and the state of the spindle releasing and clamping the tool. An effective in-machine tool change detection and diagnosis mechanism is formed through comprehensive analysis of the deviation data, and by applying the trend analysis method and the fuzzy algorithm.
