Abstract:
Remote operation and maintenance of CNC machine tools is an effective means to ensure processing quality, safe and reliable performance of CNC machine tools, and improve enterprise efficiency. The main content of GB/T 42707 series standards is understood from remote operation and maintenance hierarchical architecture of CNC machine tools and operation services function. Firstly, the architecture of GB/T 42707 series standards is analyzed. Secondly, the hierarchical structure of remote operation maintenance of CNC machine tools is analyzed from remote operation maintenance service platform and operation maintenance service function. Thirdly, the standard clause and correlation technique requirements are analyzed from functions of status information collection, health state assessment, fault diagnosis, state prediction, etc. Finally, a five-axis machining center is selected as research object, build remote operation and maintenance platform and standard application case is formed. To facilitate the users to understand the standards content, and has great significance for application and promotion of standards, the implementation of remote operation and maintenance technology in field of CNC machine tools and improve the reliability and stability of CNC machine tools.
