球头铣刀铣削7075铝合金槽铣削力的研究

Research on milling force of milling 7075 aluminum alloy grooves with ball end milling cutter

  • 摘要: 采用正交试验法研究了球头铣刀铣削7075铝合金槽时铣削参数对铣削力的影响,通过极差分析和方差分析研究了各铣削参数对三向铣削力的影响程度。利用单因素试验法进一步研究了铣削参数对铣削力的影响规律,并讨论了铣削参数对铣削力的影响机理。建立了球头铣刀铣削7075铝合金槽的三向铣削力经验公式,并通过回归分析的方法对铣削力经验公式的可靠性进行了检验。试验结果表明,各铣削参数对球头铣刀铣削7075铝合金槽时三向铣削力影响程度的排序均为每齿进给量fz>铣削深度ap>铣削速度vc,通过增大ap提高铣削效率,更有利于保证槽宽的尺寸精度。铣削力经验公式拟合程度较高,显著性较强,可以比较准确地预测该试验系统参数范围内的三向铣削力。

     

    Abstract: The influence of milling parameters on milling force during milling 7075 aluminum alloy grooves with ball end mills was studied using the orthogonal experimental method. The influence degree of each milling parameter on the three-directional milling force was investigated through range analysis and variance analysis. The influence law of milling parameters on milling force was further studied by the single-factor experimental method and the influence mechanism of milling parameters on milling forces was discussed. The empirical formula of the three-directional milling force for milling 7075 aluminum alloy grooves with ball end mills was established, and the reliability of the milling force empirical formula was tested by regression analysis. The experimental results show that the ranking of the influence degree of each milling parameter on the three-directional milling force when milling 7075 aluminum alloy grooves with ball end mills is the feed per tooth fz > milling depth ap > milling speed vc. By increasing ap, the milling efficiency is improved and the dimensional accuracy of the groove width is more contributed. The milling force empirical formula has a high fitting degree and strong significance, and it can relatively accurately predict the three-directional milling force within the parameter range of this experimental system.
