  • 摘要: 针对高端制造模式转型的自主研发体系,首先,通过对比分析传统汽车行业与机床行业的近期发展态势,揭示了汽车行业快速发展的原因,指出了机床行业发展中存在的问题和创新产品研发 (R&D)的意义和作用;其次,系统性地提出了四种创新产品研发模式,即测绘式研发模式、分析式研发模式、逆向研发模式和正向研发模式,重点阐述了逆向研发模式和正向研发模式的运作流程和关键环节;再次,以丰田汽车旗下雷克萨斯品牌的正向研发为例,解析了其高端产品研发的具体实施路径;最后,对高端产品研发模式和传统产品研发模式的主要特点进行了比较。为构建高端产品的创新研发体系提供了重要的参考。

     

    Abstract: For the technological innovation system of high-end manufacturing mode transformation, firstly, by comparing and analyzing the recent development trends of the traditional automotive industry and the machine tool industry, the reasons for the rapid development of the automotive industry were revealed, and the problems existing in the development of the machine tool industry and the significance and role of innovative product research and development (R&D) were pointed out. Secondly, four innovative product development models were systematically proposed, namely mapping based development model, analytical development model, reverse development model, and forward development model, with a focus on elaborating on the operational processes and key links of reverse development model and forward development model. Thirdly, taking the positive research and development of Toyota's Lexus brand as an example, the specific implementation path of its high-end product research and development is analyzed. Finally, a comparison was made between the main characteristics of the high-end product development model and the traditional product development model. This provides important reference for building an innovative research and development system for high-end products.
