异型滑块导轨间垂直度误差测算方法研究

Research on the calculation method of squareness error between different-type guide rails

  • 摘要: 针对传统自准直仪测量导轨滑块副垂直度误差时,因测量对象不同导致结果不一致的问题,提出了一种通用的垂直度误差计算方法。首先,分开考虑两导轨滑块副,并根据自准直仪测量原理、结合最小包容区域包络模型,对导轨直线度误差进行测量与分析。其次,在Matlab中编写数据处理程序,完成误差计算。最后,在某公司生产的某小型数控铣床上进行试验验证。结果表明测量值均在机床精度检验的允差范围内,证明了该计算方法的有效性,为导轨间的垂直度误差的测算提供一种更为通用的计算方法。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the squareness error of the guide block pair measured by the traditional autocollimator is inconsistent due to different measuring objects, a general method for calculating the squareness error is proposed. Firstly, the two guide rail slide pairs were considered separately, and the straightness error of the guide rail was measured and analyzed according to the measuring principle of autocollimator and the envelope model of minimum inclusion area. Secondly, the data analysis and processing procedure was programmed in Matlab. Finally, the experiment was carried out on a small CNC milling machine produced by a certain company. The results show that the measured values are within the tolerance range of the machine tool accuracy test, which proves the validity of the calculation method, and provides a more general calculation method for the measurement of squareness error between guide rails.
