For the technological innovation system of high-end manufacturing mode transformation, firstly, provided an innovation processes and methods of high-end CNC machine tools. Secondly, established a system framework for technology innovation in high-end CNC machine tools, include common technology innovation, proprietary technology innovation, application technology innovation and the technological innovation support system. Thirdly, conducted functional and performance requirements analysis for high-end CNC machine tools. Finally, systematic discussed the functional principles and layout structure technology innovation of the complete machine, common technological innovation represented by precision and reliability, technological innovation in functional components represented by spindle and feed system, technological innovation of high-end CNC systems, technology innovation of typical application sub-systems and technological innovation in manufacturing site management.
