  • 摘要: 针对高端制造模式转型的技术创新要求,首先,给出了高端数控机床的技术创新流程和方法;其次,建立了高端数控机床技术创新的体系框架,包括共性技术创新、专有技术创新、应用技术创新和技术创新支撑体系等;再次,进行了高端数控机床的功能和性能需求分析;最后,系统讨论了整机功能原理和布局结构技术创新、以精度和可靠性为代表的共性技术创新、以主轴和进给系统为代表的功能部件技术创新、高端数控系统的技术创新、典型应用分系统技术创新和制造现场管理的技术创新等,为高端制造模式企业的技术创新能力构建了系统性的运作框架。

     

    Abstract: For the technological innovation system of high-end manufacturing mode transformation, firstly, provided an innovation processes and methods of high-end CNC machine tools. Secondly, established a system framework for technology innovation in high-end CNC machine tools, include common technology innovation, proprietary technology innovation, application technology innovation and the technological innovation support system. Thirdly, conducted functional and performance requirements analysis for high-end CNC machine tools. Finally, systematic discussed the functional principles and layout structure technology innovation of the complete machine, common technological innovation represented by precision and reliability, technological innovation in functional components represented by spindle and feed system, technological innovation of high-end CNC systems, technology innovation of typical application sub-systems and technological innovation in manufacturing site management. The content of this article establishes a systematic blueprint for technological innovation in high-end manufacturing model enterprises.
