基于交错轴渐开螺旋面线接触展成的磨齿理论研究

Theoretical study of gear grinding based on line contact generation of staggered shaft involute helical surfaces

  • 摘要: 针对蜗杆砂轮磨齿点接触原理导致单次展成有效磨削面积小的问题,研究交错轴渐开螺旋面的线接触啮合机理,提出基于该特性的展成磨齿加工方法。首先,明确交错轴渐开螺旋面实现线接触啮合的条件。基于此,建立以渐开螺旋面为齿廓的工具砂轮与工件模型,构建展成磨齿加工坐标系,推导安装轴交角、轴间距、安装偏距等关键参数的计算方法,分析砂轮转速、工件转速与进给速度之间的比例关系。通过理论磨削轨迹分析计算,以内外廓形的磨齿加工为例,验证了该线接触展成磨齿加工参数设定的正确性及加工方法的可行性。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the point contact principle of worm wheel grinding leads to the small effective grinding area of single generation, the line contact meshing mechanism of the staggered shaft involute helical surface is studied, and the generation grinding method based on this characteristic is proposed. Firstly, the conditions for the realization of line contact meshing of the staggered shaft involute helical surface are clarified. The model of grinding wheel and workpiece with involute helical surface as tooth profile is established, and the coordination system of generating grinding is constructed. The calculation methods of key parameters such as installation shaft intersection angle, shaft spacing and installation offset are derived, and the proportional relationship between grinding wheel speed, workpiece speed and feed speed is analyzed. Through the analysis and calculation of the theoretical grinding trajectory, the correctness of the machining parameter setting and the feasibility of the machining method are verified by taking the grinding of the inner and outer profiles as an example.
