Abstract: Addressing the common issue of Lacking of standard operating procedures, difficultly to achieve high quality, high efficiency, and high level of design and manufacturing in traditional low-end manufacturing models. Firstly, the basic concepts and functions of standard operating procedure (SOP) were discussed. Secondly, the requirements and standard templates for writing SOP file system for high-end manufacturing mode were introduced, including the following content: the overall architecture of SOP file system, the mutual influence relationship between various specifications in the SOP file system, the characteristics and writing requirements of SOP files, the standard format and main content of SOP files and the template for writing SOP files. Thirdly, the process and method for establishing a SOP file system for high-end manufacturing mode were introduced. Finally, the operational effectiveness control method of the SOP file system for high-end manufacturing mode was discussed. The content discussed in this paper, to play a very important guiding role in the transformation of the products of CNC machine tool manufacturers to the high-end direction.
