Design of an intelligent warehouse management system for the machine tool industry

  • 摘要: 针对机床行业库房类型多样,物料多品种、小批量,业务高定制化等典型痛点,设计研发了一套一体化、多元化和智能化的仓储管理系统。功能覆盖出入库管理、库内库存管理、主业务数据管理、条码标识体系和数据可视化等全业务模型,通过开放式API架构柔性对接思爱普系统(systems, applications, and products, SAP)、制造执行系统(manufac-turing execution system, MES)、质量管理系统(quality management system, QMS)和柔性制造系统(flexible manufacturing system, FMS)等企业其他系统,实现仓储业务便捷化操作、精益化管理以及智能化决策,助力企业数字化转型,降本增效。

     

    Abstract: To address the typical challenges in the machine tool industry, such as the coexistence of diverse warehouse types, the handling of multi-variety and small-batch materials, and the demand for highly customized operations, an integrated, versatile, and intelligent warehouse management system has been designed and developed. The system covers comprehensive functional modules including receipt and dispatch management, in-house inventory control, master data management, barcode identification system, and data visualization. Equipped with an open API architecture, the system can be flexibly integrated with various enterprise-level systems, such as SAP, MES, QMS, and FMS. Through these capabilities, streamlined warehousing operations, lean management practices, and intelligent decision-making processes are achieved. The system is expected to support enterprises in advancing their digital transformation strategies, while effectively reducing operational costs and enhancing overall efficiency.
