Abstract:
In order to construct and implement a quality control system adapted to the transformation of the high-end manufacturing mode and ensure the quality of high-end products, systematic research has been carried out. Firstly, the 13 quality indicators of domestic machine tools were classified into two major categories: satisfaction type and expectation type, and the qualitative analysis method was adopted to systematically analyze the quality characteristics of domestic high-end machine tools.Secondly, establish the basic framework of the quality control system suitable for the high-end manufacturing model, and analyze the four key technologies of the quality control system, namely the quality control concept of adding value to customers, the quality control foundation based on total quality management, the quality control system framework based on the ISO 9000 standard, and the application methods of quality control in the high-end manufacturing model. Finally, a targeted analysis is carried out on the performance and quality requirements, quality gaps and improvement measures in the four major stages of the product life cycle of CNC machine tools, and the adaptive transformation process of the quality control system is discussed. The research results provide a theoretical basis and implementation path for quality control in the transformation of the high-end manufacturing model, and have important practical guiding significance for improving product quality and promoting the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.
