  • 摘要: 为了解决滑枕类零件因大跨距同轴孔结构导致的加工精度低、工艺稳定性差等行业难题,研发了专用双面数控卧式铣镗床,通过创新机床结构与检测补偿系统,显著提升了滑枕的加工质量与效率。该机床采用双主机对置布局,两套立柱置于同一纵床身上,保证主轴Z向的同轴度。有效解决了龙门式镗铣床滑枕主轴孔加工同轴度瓶颈问题,提高滑枕零件的产品质量,进而解决了主轴高速旋转时的发热问题。经检验,该机床加工的滑枕同轴度达到0.02 mm,满足任务需求。

     

    Abstract: To address industry challenges such as low machining accuracy and poor process stability in ram-type components caused by large-span coaxial hole structures. A dedicated dual-sided CNC horizontal boring and milling machine is developed in this research. Through innovative machine structure and measurement compensation systems, machining quality and efficiency of rams are significantly improved. The machine is characterized by a dual-host opposed layout, with two sets of columns mounted on the same longitudinal bed. This configuration ensures Z-axis coaxiality of the spindles. The coaxiality bottleneck in processing ram spindle bores on gantry-type boring and milling machines is effectively resolved by this design, the quality of ram components is improved, and heat generation during high-speed spindle rotation is reduced.Verification confirms that coaxiality of rams machined by this equipment achieves 0.02 mm, meeting project requirements.
