Technology system and development trends of energy-efficient green machine tools

  • 摘要: 随着绿色发展理念的不断深入和制造业降本增效、环境保护等需求的日益提升,高能效绿色机床已成为全球制造业绿色转型的关键装备,受到了国内外的广泛关注。以高能效绿色机床为对象,在其定义和需求分析的基础上,综述了国内外高能效绿色机床的发展现状,围绕全生命周期构建了高能效绿色机床的关键技术体系并研究技术现状,由此总结归纳了高能效绿色机床的发展趋势,最后从国家重大专项支撑、标准体系构建和全产业链发展三方面提出了高能效绿色机床的未来展望。旨在总结高能效绿色机床技术体系与发展趋势,支持国产化高能效绿色机床的研制和推广,促进我国机床制造业的绿色协同发展。

     

    Abstract: With the deepening of green development concepts and the growing demand for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and environmental protection in manufacturing, energy-efficient green machine tools have emerged as critical equipment for the global manufacturing industry's green transformation, attracting widespread attention worldwide. Taking energy-efficient green machine tools as the research object, their current development status at home and abroad was reviewed based on their definition and analysis of demands. The key technology system of energy-efficient green machine tools based on the whole lifecycle was constructed, and the current states of these technologies were analyzed. Subsequently, the development trends of energy-efficient green machine tools were summarized, and future prospects from national key program supporting, standard system establishment, and full industrial chain development were proposed. The aim is to synthesize the technology system and development trends of energy-efficient green machine tools, to support the development and production and promotion of Chinese energy-efficient green machine tools, and foster the collaborative green advancement of Chinese machine tool manufacturing industry.
