Abstract:
In the context of emerging technologies driving the rapid green transformation of machine tool cutting processes, the collaborative application of new materials, intelligent technologies, and innovative processing methods has provided critical support for achieving the goals of high efficiency, low energy consumption, and low emissions. A systematic review was conducted on the development backgrounds and implementation paths of green technologies for machine tools at home and abroad. The technologies for emission reduction and energy saving in machine tool cutting are classified and analyzed, with their corresponding technical processes summarized. By integrating processing energy efficiency optimization and clean machining technologies, a framework for green technologies in machine tool cutting is constructed. It is shown that current green technologies for machine tools mainly optimize the machining process through clean machining, intelligent algorithm modeling, virtual simulation, and big data analysis, and achieve energy conservation and emission reduction by relying on advanced processes and intelligent control systems. This paper aims to extract cutting-edge technical experiences, providing theoretical references for the research on greenization of machine tool processing in China.
