Abstract:
The series of standards "Environmental evaluation of machine tools", through the establishment of design methodology for energy-efficient, methods for measuring supplied energy, and categorized principles for energy efficiency testing, provide paths for green upgrading in the machine tool industry. The focus of the series standards is placed on the improvement of energy performance during the use stage of machine tools. Technical bases and methodological guidance are furnished for manufacturing enterprises to optimize product supplied energy structures and enhance product design. It has been confirmed by both domestic and international practices that the implementation of these standards enhances product competitiveness. It's necessary to expedite conversion and application of standards, construct a system of green machine tool standards, drive the development of green ecosystem within the sector, and facilitate industrial low-carbon transformation.
