齿面精确匹配驱动的螺旋锥齿轮齿顶圆角精密加工方法

Precision processing method for the fillet radius of spiral bevel gears driven by accurate tooth surface matching

  • 摘要: 螺旋锥齿轮是机械传动中的关键零件,其齿顶圆角加工是必不可少的工艺。然而,在机测量坐标系建立不准确以及理论齿面的加工路径难以匹配实际齿面的问题,进而影响了齿顶圆角的加工精度,因此提出一种齿面精确匹配驱动的螺旋锥齿轮齿顶圆角精密加工方法。首先,采用迭代法精确建立螺旋锥齿轮的在机测量坐标系;其次,校正测量模型以避免测量干涉;再次,对理论齿面与实际齿面位置进行精确匹配;最后,进行齿顶圆角加工实验。实验结果表明,在加工外径为200 mm的螺旋锥齿轮的0.5 mm齿顶圆角时,文章提出的方法较常规方法提升了96 μm。

     

    Abstract: Spiral bevel gears are key components in mechanical transmission, and the processing of the fillet radius is an essential process. However, issues such as inaccuracies in establishing the on-machine measurement coordinate system and difficulties in matching the theoretical tooth surface machining path with the actual tooth surface can affect the machining precision of the fillet radius. A precision processing method for the fillet radius of spiral bevel gears driven by accurate tooth surface matching is proposed. Firstly, an iterative method is used to accurately establish the on-machine measurement coordinate system for the spiral bevel gear. Secondly, the measurement model is corrected to avoid measurement interference. Thirdly, precise matching of the theoretical tooth surface with the actual tooth surface is performed. Finally, experiments on the processing of the fillet radius are conducted. The experimental results show that, in machining a 0.5 mm tip fillet of a spiral bevel gear with an outer diameter of 200 mm, the proposed method achieves an improvement of 96 μm compared with the conventional method.
