Abstract:
In order to enhance the reliability and performance of high-end equipment manufacturing, firstly, the necessity of the high-end experimental system is introduced. Drawing on the experimental research system of Huawei mobile phones, typical cases of the experimental system of the high-end manufacturing mode are analyzed. Secondly, the basic concepts of the experimental system of the high-end manufacturing mode were clarified, including the differences between experiments and tests, the classification and functions of experiments, as well as the characteristics of this system. Finally, centering on the manufacturing of high-end CNC machine tools, the overall framework and process of the experimental system of the high-end manufacturing mode were constructed, and the key technologies were discussed. The results show that the experimental system of the high-end manufacturing mode can significantly enhance the reliability and performance of the products. Through the systematic experimental process and the application of key technologies, potential problems can be effectively identified and solved, and the product design and manufacturing process can be optimized.
