  • 摘要: 为了提升高端装备制造的可靠性和性能,首先,引出高端实验体系的必要性,并借鉴华为手机的实验研究体系,剖析了高端制造模式实验体系的典型案例;然后,明确了高端制造模式实验体系的基本概念,包括实验与试验的区别、实验的分类与作用,以及该体系的特征;最后,围绕高端数控机床制造,构建了高端制造模式实验体系的整体框架与流程,并探讨了关键技术。结果表明,高端制造模式实验体系能够显著提升产品的可靠性和性能,通过系统化的实验流程和关键技术的应用,可以有效识别和解决潜在问题,优化产品设计和制造工艺。

     

    Abstract: In order to enhance the reliability and performance of high-end equipment manufacturing, firstly, the necessity of the high-end experimental system is introduced. Drawing on the experimental research system of Huawei mobile phones, typical cases of the experimental system of the high-end manufacturing mode are analyzed. Secondly, the basic concepts of the experimental system of the high-end manufacturing mode were clarified, including the differences between experiments and tests, the classification and functions of experiments, as well as the characteristics of this system. Finally, centering on the manufacturing of high-end CNC machine tools, the overall framework and process of the experimental system of the high-end manufacturing mode were constructed, and the key technologies were discussed. The results show that the experimental system of the high-end manufacturing mode can significantly enhance the reliability and performance of the products. Through the systematic experimental process and the application of key technologies, potential problems can be effectively identified and solved, and the product design and manufacturing process can be optimized.
