一种数控转台用气缸自动开盖防护装置及其实现方法

A cylinder-driven automatic lid-opening protection device for CNC rotary tables and its implementation method

  • 摘要: 为降低机床加工过程中切屑及切削液对对刀仪、环规等辅助测量工具应用可靠性的影响,提出一种结构简单、占空间小的气缸自动开盖防护装置,将测量工具放置于盒中,由气缸直接驱动盖体旋转,使用时盖体旋转打开,不使用时盖体旋转关闭,以保证机床加工过程中零件精度的稳定测量,缩短加工时间,降低制造成本。同时针对气缸自动开盖防护装置中气缸与盖体的连接点位置求解难题,提出一种采用图解法结合数据离散化方法求解气缸自动开盖防护装置问题的方法,该方法可以从图上直接读出最优解,节省设计时间,达到最优效果。将该方法应用到设计环节,并在三维软件中运动仿真,然后进行生产制造,最后应用到机床,解决了实际问题。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce the influence of chips and cutting fluid on the application reliability of auxiliary measuring tools such as tool setter and ring gauge in the process of machine tool processing, a cylinder-driven automatic lid-opening protection device with simple structure and small space is proposed. The measuring tool is placed in the box, and the cylinder directly drives the cover body to rotate. When in use, the cover body rotates to open, and when not in use, the cover body rotates to close, so as to ensure the stable measurement of part accuracy in the process of machine tool processing, shorten the processing time, and reduce the manufacturing cost. Meanwhile, aiming at the problem of solving the position of the connection point between the cylinder and the cover body in the cylinder-driven automatic lid-opening protection device, a method to solve the problem of the cylinder-driven automatic lid-opening protection device is proposed by using the graphical method combined with the data discretization method. This method can directly read the optimal solution from the diagram, save the design time and achieve the optimal effect. The method is applied to the design process, motion simulation in 3D software, production and manufacturing, and finally applied to machine tools to solve practical problems.
