航天离散制造微服务工业互联网平台构建与应用

Construction and application of a microservice-based industrial internet platform for aerospace discrete manufacturing

  • 摘要: 航天离散制造系统面临技术状态动态演化、工艺链路多域耦合、质量管控全流程追溯及跨组织协同网络构建等核心挑战,传统单体架构难以满足多品种小批量生产模式下的柔性适配需求。文章提出基于统一技术基座的微服务工业互联网平台架构,通过构建业务能力复用与数据价值挖掘双轮驱动的“业务-数据”双中台体系,形成标准化平台支撑与场景化App应用的协同开发模式。结果表明,该架构通过服务解耦与数据贯通实现核心业务覆盖率100%、质量追溯时效改善 90%,构建了面向航天复杂产品研制的“数据-业务-决策”闭环管控机制,为离散制造企业数字化转型与智能工厂建设提供了可推广的系统性解决方案。

     

    Abstract: The aerospace discrete manufacturing systems face core challenges including dynamic evolution of technical states, multi-domain coupling of process chains, full process traceability of quality control, and establishment of cross-organizational collaborative networks. Traditional monolithic architectures struggle to meet the flexibility requirements of multi-variety and small-batch production modes. A microservices-based industrial Internet platform architecture built on a unified technological foundation is proposed. By constructing a dual-middle platform system integrating business capability reuse and data value mining driven by both business and data initiatives, forming a collaborative development framework that integrates standardized platform support with scenario-based App applications. Results demonstrate that this architecture leverages service decoupling and data integration to achieve 100% coverage of core business functions and a 90% improvement in quality traceability timeliness. It establishes a closed-loop management mechanism encompassing "data-business-decision" for developing complex aerospace products, providing a scalable systematic solution for digital transformation and smart factory construction in discrete manufacturing enterprises.
