工业机器人制孔误差补偿现状综述

A review of the current situation of hole-making error compensation for industrial robots

  • 摘要: 工业机器人凭借其灵活性、低成本等优势在飞机装配、汽车制造等领域广泛应用,但其串联机构导致的绝对定位精度不足、环境适应性弱等问题制约了机器人高精度高效率制孔作业的发展。误差补偿技术作为提升制孔精度的关键途径,通过综述近五年来工业机器人制孔误差补偿技术的研究现状,分析制孔过程中多误差因素引起的综合精度问题,重点探讨了当前常用的在线补偿方式和离线补偿方式的原理与应用效果,并结合当前面临的技术挑战提出了机器人制孔精度及质量提升的研究趋势。

     

    Abstract: Industrial robots are widely used in aircraft assembly and automotive manufacturing due to their flexibility and low cost. However, issues such as low absolute positioning accuracy and weak environmental adaptability, caused by their serial mechanisms, restrict high-precision and efficient robotic drilling. Error compensation technology serves as a key approach to improving drilling accuracy. This review examines research from the past five years on error compensation techniques in robotic drilling. The comprehensive accuracy issues caused by multiple error sources during the drilling process are analyzed. Emphasis is placed on the principles and application effects of commonly used online and offline compensation methods. Based on current technical challenges, future research trends for enhancing robotic drilling accuracy and quality are proposed.
