不等距铣刀铣削高强钢的铣削参数优化研究

Study on optimization of milling parameters for high-strength steel machining with unequal-pitch milling cutter

  • 摘要: 通过正交试验法研究了不等距铣刀铣削高强钢时铣削参数对铣削力的影响,通过极差分析研究了铣削参数对铣削力的影响程度。构建了铣削力的经验公式,并通过回归分析的方法对铣削力模型的显著性进行了检验。结果表明,铣削参数对铣削力影响程度的排序为铣削宽度ae> 每齿进给量fz>铣削速度vc。利用多目标粒子群算法(multi-objective particle swarm optimization, MOPSO)以最小铣削力和最大金属去除率为目标进行多目标优化,获得了兼顾铣削力和金属去除率的20组均衡铣削参数,可为优选提高效率和降低能耗的不等距铣削参数提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Orthogonal tests were conducted to investigate the effects of milling parameters on milling forces during high-strength steel milling with unequal-pitch cutters. Range analysis was used to determine the influence degree of each parameter on milling forces. An empirical formula for milling forces was established, and the model's significance was verified via regression analysis. Results indicate the order of parameter influence on milling forces is ae>fz>vc. Multi-objective particle swarm optimization (MOPSO) was applied for optimization targeting minimum milling force and maximum material removal rate (MRR), yielding 20 sets of balanced milling parameters that balance both objectives, and optimal parameters for unequal-pitch milling that enhance machining efficiency and reduce energy consumption can be provided for reference.
