柔性装配技术近十年研究进展综述

Review of research progress of flexible assembly technology over the past decade

  • 摘要: 柔性装配技术因兼具高效化、高精度与高柔性的核心优势,成为制造业数字化转型的关键组成部分。随着我国工业制造业的进步和智能制造发展的需求,柔性装配技术在工业产品的生产制造阶段愈加重要。针对柔性装配技术近十年的发展状况,对国内外近十年相关文献进行调研,首先从柔性装配技术的发展历程、应用领域和应用阶段等方面进行了系统分析;其次重点介绍了国内外柔性装配技术在工业制造领域的研究热点等;最后对柔性装配技术的未来发展趋势进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: Flexible assembly technology has become a key component of the digital transformation of manufacturing because of its advantages in high efficiency, high precision, and strong flexibility. With the continuous progress of China's industrial manufacturing sector and the increasing demand for intelligent manufacturing, this technology is playing an increasingly important role in the production of industrial products. Focusing on the development of flexible assembly technology over the past decade, relevant domestic and international studies are reviewed. Firstly, the development history, application fields, and application stages of flexible assembly technology are systematically analyzed. Secondly, research hotspots in industrial manufacturing are then discussed. Finally, future development trends of flexible assembly technology are summarized and discussed.
