数字孪生驱动的自由曲面工件加工系统构建与应用

Construction and application of a digital twin driven free-form surface workpiece machining system

  • 摘要: 随着航空航天领域的快速发展,大型零部件被应用的范围越来越广。针对现阶段大型薄壁件自由曲面绝热层加工实时监控困难和智能化检测不足的现象,提出一种基于数字孪生技术的自由曲面工件加工系统框架。结合高保真孪生模型构建、多源动态数据采集及虚实映射和加工设备调试及反馈控制等关键技术,开发了一种大型复杂曲面加工的数字孪生加工系统,实现了自由曲面加工过程监控与设备的反馈控制和实时测厚的功能,最后通过工程实例验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of the aerospace field, large parts are applied more and more widely. In view of the difficulties in real-time monitoring and insufficient intelligent detection of large thin-walled free-form surface insulation layer machining, a framework of free-form surface machining system based on digital twin technology was proposed. Combining the key technologies of high-fidelity twin model construction, multi-source dynamic data acquisition, virtual-real mapping, equipment debugging, and feedback control, a digital twin system for large-scale complex surface processing was developed to realize the monitoring and debugging feedback of free-form surface processing. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method were verified by an engineering example.
