机械产品可靠性研究的新进展——元动作可靠性理论

New progress in reliability research of mechanical products-reliability theory of meta-action

  • 摘要: 比较了机械产品与电子产品之间的差异,全面分析了机械产品传统可靠性分析方法存在的主要问题,给出元动作可靠性的理论依据,介绍了元动作可靠性的理论体系,讨论了元动作可靠性理论的关键技术。实践证明,采用元动作方法开展机械产品的可靠性设计与分析,方法的针对性非常强,有助于提高机械产品的可靠性。

     

    Abstract: The differences between mechanical products and electronic products are compared. The main problems of traditional reliability analysis methods of mechanical products are analyzed. The theoretical basis of meta-action reliability is given, and the theoretical system of meta-action reliability is introduced. The key technology of meta-action reliability theory is discussed. The practice shows that the meta-action method is very specific to carry out the reliability design and analysis of mechanical products, which is helpful to improve the reliability of mechanical products.
