非回转体锥形工件夹具设计及同轴度分析

Design and co-axiality analysis of non-rotating conical workpiece fixture

  • 摘要: 针对非回转体锥形类工件的专用夹具存在定位精度低、换装过程复杂等问题,结合非回转体锥形工件结构形状特征及装夹定位要求,根据六点定位原理设计了定位方案,开展了用于非回转体锥形工件快速装夹定位夹具系统的设计研究。建立了非回转体锥形工件夹具三维模型,对非回转体锥形工件同轴度的调整方法进行探索,分析了径向调整装置对同轴度精度的影响。通过工装定位调整实验,实现了工件的同轴度≤Φ0.01 mm,为该类工件夹具设计和同轴度定位调整提供理论指导。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low positioning accuracy and complex replacement process of special fixtures for non-rotating cone-shaped workpieces, combined with the structural shape characteristics of non-rotating cone-shaped workpieces and the clamping and positioning requirements, a positioning scheme was designed according to the six-point positioning principle, the design and research of a fixture system for fast clamping and positioning of non-rotating conical workpieces was presented. A three-dimensional model of a non-rotating conical workpiece fixture was established, and the method of adjusting the co-axiality of the non-rotating conical workpiece was explored, and the influence of the radial adjustment device on the accuracy of the concentricity was analyzed. The tool positioning adjustment experiment realizes that the co-axiality of the workpiece can achieve ≤ Φ0.01 mm, which provides theoretical guidance for the design of the fixture and the co-axiality positioning adjustment of this type of workpiece.
