一种双向支撑超声波轴承的设计与实验研究

Design and experimental study of a bidirectional support ultrasonic bearing

  • 摘要: 超声波轴承是一种适用于高转速、高精度的非接触轴承,具有广阔的应用前景。提出了一种双向支撑超声波轴承,对该轴承的悬浮特性进行了理论分析,得到了悬浮高度的影响因素。制作了双向支撑超声波悬浮轴承样机,并进行了最高转速和性能对比实验测试。实验结果表明:双向支撑超声波轴承具有良好的减摩性能,其最高转速可达到9 364 r/min; 轴系转速由2 000 r/min减至200 r/min时,普通球轴承支撑所需时间为90 s,而双向支撑超声波轴承为280 s。

     

    Abstract: Ultrasonic bearing is a kind of non-contact bearing suitable for high speed and high precision, which has broad application prospects. A bidirectional support ultrasonic bearing is proposed. The suspension characteristics of the bearing are analyzed theoretically, and the influencing factors of suspension height are obtained. The prototype of bidirectional support ultrasonic suspension bearing is made, and the maximum speed and performance are tested. The experimental results show that the bidirectional support ultrasonic bearing has good antifriction performance, and its maximum speed can reach 9 364 r/min; When the shaft speed is reduced from 2 000 r/min to 200 r/min, the support time of ordinary ball bearing is 90 s, while that of bidirectional support ultrasonic bearing is 280 s.
