一种钻攻中心主轴-丝杆自适热补偿结构研究

Research on an adaptive thermal compensation structure of drilling and tapping center spindle-screw

  • 摘要: 钻攻中心是现代制造业在金属切削中最为常见的机床之一,尤其在3C行业应用尤为广泛,在其对产品的切削过程中,由于主轴的高速旋转,频繁换刀,造成轴承和碟片发热,通过热传导和对流的方式传递给主轴组的其他部件,从而造成主轴的热变形,影响被加工零件的加工精度。钻攻中心Z 轴丝杠通常采用上端固定支撑,下端采用浮动辅助支撑的形式,通过对二者热伸长研究,提出了一种主轴-丝杆自适热补偿结构,从而平衡掉部分由于主轴热变形误差所带来的尺寸精度问题,进而提高钻攻中心的加工精度。

     

    Abstract: Drilling and tapping center is a modern manufacturing in one of the most common machine tool in metal cutting, especially is widely applied in the 3C industry, on which the product of the cutting process, because of the high-speed spindle, tool change frequently, cause bearing and disc fever, passed to the main shaft by means of heat conduction and convection of other components, resulting in the thermal deformation of the spindle, affect the machining accuracy of machined parts. Drilling and tapping center Z axis screw usually adopt the upper fixed support, the bottom in the form of floating auxiliary support, through the research on the thermal elongation, this paper proposes a spindle - screw adaptive thermal compensation structure, to balance out due to the main shaft of the thermal deformation error caused by the problem of dimensional accuracy, and then improve the machining precision of the drilling and tapping center.
