基于螺栓连接界面动态特性参数的研究

Research on dynamic parameters based on the interface of bolted joints

  • 摘要: 螺栓连接普遍应用于工程机械领域。在螺栓连接界面处会受到动态冲击,因此连接处存在刚度和阻尼,使得螺栓动态连接界面处的特性参数具有非线性和高度不确定性的特征。为了研究螺栓动态连接界面上各处的动态连接特性及其参数,设计一种试验装置,利用有限元分析与试验研究相结合的方法,重点研究了螺栓动态连接界面各处的法向切向刚度、表面粗糙度、界面有无介质以及阻尼系数几个重要参数,分析得到了它们之间的相互关系。

     

    Abstract: Bolt connection is widely used in the field of construction machinery. Because of the dynamic impact on the bolt interface, there are stiffness and damping at the joint, which makes the characteristic parameters of the bolt dynamic interface nonlinear and highly uncertain. In order to study the dynamic connection characteristics and parameters of bolt dynamic connection interface, an experimental device is designed, using the method of combining finite element analysis with experimental study, the normal tangent stiffness, Surface roughness, medium and damping coefficient of the dynamic connection interface of bolts are studied, the relationship between them is analyzed.
