Technical transformation of pin shaft heat treatment workshop based on process model

  • 摘要: 销轴在矿用机械连接中应用十分广泛,其热处理非常重要。现有热处理过程自动化和信息化程度较低,导致实际效果和预期结果差距大,且不适应数字化发展趋势。对其关键工艺进行理论建模,一方面利用模型为该车间的自动化和信息化改造方案提供快速设计依据;另一方面,该模型结合到系统运行获得的实际数据,可为后续基于机理模型的数字化管控(数字孪生系统)升级做好准备。

     

    Abstract: Pin shaft is widely used in mining mechanical connection, and the heat treatment process plays an important role on its mechanical property. The existing heat treatment process has a low degree of automation and informatization, resulting in a large gap between the actual effect and the expected result, and does not adapt to the digital development trend. An approach to reform the heat treatment workshop is presented which is based on models of the key processes. The models, on one hand, are used to provide rapid-design guidance for the transformation scheme of the workshop. On the other hand, combined with the actual data obtained from the system operation, the models can be utilized as mechanism model for the subsequent upgrading of digital control (digital twin system).
