智能制造车间数据采集和预处理方法研究

Research on data acquisition and preprocessing method based on intelligent manufacturing shop

  • 摘要: 为了解决智能制造车间中数据采集困难以及采集到的数据多、杂等问题,从数据采集出发,提出了一种针对智能制造车间的设备资源数据和物料资源数据的数据采集框架。随后,结合采集数据的特点,提出了对应的数据清洗以及数据降维的方法,并在某企业制造车间对提出的方法进行了验证。实验证明,该数据预处理方法具有可行性和优越性。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of data acquisition difficulties and the large amount of data collected in intelligent manufacturing workshops, starting from data acquisition, a data acquisition framework for equipment resource data and material resource data in intelligent manufacturing workshops is proposed. Then, combined with the characteristics of the collected data,corresponding data cleaning and data dimensionality reduction methodsare proposed, and the proposed methodsare verified in a manufacturing workshop of an enterprise. The experiment proves that the data preprocessing methodsare feasible and superior.
